Linen Travel System

On many ironers, especially older models, the rolls all turned at the same RPM. This style ironer depended on increasing roll size to pull linen flat against the chest, insuring a quality finish. (The larger a roll, turning at the same RPM, the faster the surface speed of that roll.)

In many newer model ironers, the rolls are the same size. Each succeeding roll runs at a faster RPM to pull linen flat against the chest.
