CLEANER and WAX (thermal oil heated & Steam)
High temperature ironers such as thermal oil heated, require a high temperature cleaner and wax for the best results. These products may also be used on lower temperature steam ironers. However, they should not be mixed with lower temperature waxes.

MONDAYS / WEDNESDAYS / FRIDAYS
1.Ironer should be at maximum heat.
2.Feed the Screenback Cleaner through the ironers entire surface.
3.Feed the Wax N Clean cloth through the ironers entire surface without wax.
4.Feed the Wax N Clean cloth through the ironers entire surface a second time with approximately 8 oz. of wax added to the cloth.
5.Feed the Wax N Clean cloth through the ironers entire surface without any wax added every 2 hours of operation.

TUESDAYS / THURSDAYS
1.Ironer should be at maximum heat.
2.Feed the Screenback Cleaner through the ironers entire surface.
3.Roll the Double Face Cotton Flannel so that you can dip about 12" of the length (ironer width) into Cleana Form #1. Wring the cloth to remove excess cleaner and feed through the ironer.
4.Feed the Wax N Clean cloth through the ironers entire surface without wax.
5.Feed the Wax N Clean cloth through the ironers entire surface a Second time with approximately 8 oz. of wax added to the cloth.
6. Feed the Wax N Clean cloth through the ironers entire surface without any wax added every 2 hours of operation.

NOTES
1. During the Clean and Wax procedure, always turn off the vacuum system.
2. All folders in back of the ironers should be turned off.
3. Never apply wax to a cool chest and do not apply wax at the end of the operation. A freshly waxed ironer has an affinity for lint, which will carbonize if allowed to stand without linens being processed.
4. When not in use, always store the Wax N Clean cloth in an open area draped over a pipe stand for proper air circulation. When the cloth becomes dirty, wash using medium water levels, low extract and air dry.
5. The above procedure is only a guideline. Applications may vary due to products processed and hours of operation.
